First week of my rotation in the Laboratory of the Biology of Addictive Diseases.
I’m doing a quick and easy project analyzing SNPs/ancestry-informative markers to see if a samples from a newly available Caribbean cohort (of people) can be combined with previously available cohorts from New York and the Southern US for later addiction biology studies. Lots of blood samples, lots of genotyping, lots of sequencing, lots of data.
